How we collect it
Our website forms are powered by Monday.com, which processes and stores form submissions on our behalf. We also use website analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which may collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited and device information through cookies.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries and referrals, deliver and coordinate our services, process job applications, meet our obligations as an NDIS-registered provider, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.
Disclosure
We may share information with third parties who help us operate (such as our form and analytics providers) and where required or authorised by law. Where relevant to your care, information may be shared with the NDIA, support coordinators or other providers with your consent.
